It's not easy to find someone who will take on another website designer's creation but he did this with good grace. James has proved to be extremely dedicated to his work and particularly attentive to details. If there's a problem to be solved he won't stop until he's tackled it - for example installing a reply form on our site, something that defeated our previous web developer. James is an excellent communicator and he's is happy to answer all my questions - particularly when I don't understand the technical aspects of the work. I appreciate this enormously.
